RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently book accurate appointments
  • Accurate Inputting of leads into i360 (SalesForce)
  • Independently use Centah and HDConnect
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entry-Level position
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Competent using MS Excel and MS Word
  • Competent in oral and written communication
  • Experience using SalesForce is a plus
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Undergo a criminal and credit background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
