As a family owned business, Bay Home and Window has a deep bond to the Bay Area community, and so we are very committed to helping our customers make their homes a place that you truly love being in.
We want you to also know that our number one priority is the health and safety of our community, so all of our team members are following all of the guidelines and procedures provided by the CDC. We have added some special protocols to make working with us as safe as possible.
Beyond simply monitoring the situation, we are taking active measures to make sure that our Design Consultants and Installation Teams are practicing preventative measures on a daily basis. All of our Bay Home and Window In-Home Consultants are:
- Adding pre-appointment questions to make sure that all customer households are healthy and well before our visits
- Instructed to follow all CDC health guidelines which include a minimum of 6 feet distancing.
- Required to clean all samples before every use with an alcohol-based cleaning solution.
As a company Bay Home and Window has also ceased all business travel and we have required all employees who have recently traveled or who are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms to quarantine themselves for 21 days.
