Our Management Team
Jeffrey Alan Falcon – President and Chief Executive Officer
The Company’s management team is led by Jeffrey Falcon, whose background consisted of more than a decade of marketing and senior operations management in the home product industry before founding The Home Source Company.
Mr. Falcon’s experience includes nine years of corporate development with AMRE Incorporated, a NYSE listed company based in Dallas, Texas. At the time of Mr. Falcon’s departure in 1993, AMRE was the largest North American company of its kind specializing in the direct sale of commercial and residential retrofit custom home products, with annual revenue exceeding $280 million. AMRE provided the marketing, sales, and product installation for several divisions of Sears Roebuck Company. During his tenure with AMRE, Mr. Falcon served as General Manager for the United States and Canadian West Regions, consisting of 17 branches and a $72 million P&L responsibility.
Mr. Falcon has authored and implemented national sales and management development programs for AMRE and other similar corporations and speaks nationally on business strategy development. He was recently elected chairman of the International Window Covering Exchange, a CEO-level board of window covering executives.
Mr. Falcon has been a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area since childhood and currently resides in Pleasanton, California with his wife, Catherine Falcon (Chief Financial Officer for The Home Source Company), and their children. Mr. and Mrs. Falcon are the sole stockholders in the corporation.
Bob VanLandingham – Vice President, Production,
Member of the Board of Directors
Bob VanLandingham joined forces with The Home Source Company in 1994 as an independent contractor in charge of installations. He brought with him more than ten years experience in the shutter industry and has been instrumental in the company's growth. Prior to joining The Home Source Company, Mr. VanLandingham was the primary distributor for Wood Fold Shutter Company in the East Bay Area and became the largest distributor in Northern California in 1989.
Mr. VanLandingham joined the company’s Board of Directors in 1996 and was promoted to Vice President in January of 1997.
Born and raised in Texas, Mr. VanLandingham and his wife are now residents of Pleasanton, California.
Gary Falcon – Vice President, Business Development
Gary Falcon joined the company in 2005 after a successful twenty-five year career in the music industry.
As Co-founder and President of Falcon-Goodman Management in Nashville Tennessee, Mr. Falcon managed the professional careers of some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. As a personal manager, Mr. Falcon was largely responsible for the successful creation and development of both national and international marketing strategies for album sales. This included major tours, sponsorships, radio, movie and television appearances, ad campaigns, magazine features and interviews. Falcon developed strategic partnerships with major companies such as Fruit of the Loom, Taco Bell, Pontiac, Budweiser, Warner Bros and Sony records, just to name a few.
Mr. Falcon sold his management company in 2004 and moved back to the Bay Area with his wife and daughter. He is the brother of company founder, Jeff Falcon.
Jeffrey Barkley – New Product Sales Manager
The Home Source Company is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey Barkley to the company’s management team. Mr. Barkley’s previous experience includes almost a decade of home design experience with Mimi Home Solutions and will be involved in the launch of a new product division soon to be announced.
